Who We Are
ASSIST INC. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides disaster relief. Our nonprofit is committed to helping those in need who are facing a crisis due to any disaster, whether natural or man-made.

We take pride in our name, A.S.S.I.S.T, which stands for Always Sending Support In Severe Times. We also assist people experiencing homelessness with resources and support. We believe that in times of crisis, everyone deserves support and care. With donations and volunteers working together, we can help rebuild lives and communities after a disaster.

I was a mother escaping a domestic violence situation, and after leaving, I became homeless with my children. Scared, overwhelmed, and trying to figure life out, I reached out to ASSIST. They responded immediately. ASSIST helped me stabilize my life, regain my strength, and take my first steps toward rebuilding. They showed up for us with compassion and was not judgmental.
